Srachi Realty was founded in 2004 with a single apartment block in Garia and a simple conviction: that quality construction and honest dealing would always outlast the shortcuts other builders took.
Twenty-two years on, that conviction has grown into a portfolio of 38+ residential and commercial projects across Kolkata — from lakeside towers in New Town to gated villa townships in Rajarhat — each one RERA-registered and handed over on the date we promised.
